Alan founded TLC IT Group (as Total LAN Care) with the objective of building an IT support company to provide clients with the highest level of service possible. Having over 11 years managerial experience, his IT career started with the Department of Defence where he worked as a Senior Systems Engineer. Alan has maintained his technical skills, holding several industry certifications from Microsoft and Juniper, as well as being a member of the Australian Institute of Management and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Craig has over 10 years experience in the IT industry. He joined TLC IT’s team in 2006 as Director Sales & Marketing. Craig is responsible for developing and executing our sales and marketing strategies and managing all sales channels and our business development executives.

As TLC IT Group's Chief Governance Officer, Garth is, a lawyer, experienced in effective risk management, compliance, positive regulatory outcomes, and IT change processes, having worked for more
than six years with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission. He is responsible for managing and oversighting risk and compliance for TLC IT Group. His private practice advocacy includes criminal and commercial litigation. He also has key media experience having worked as a radio and television journalist. Garth is a member
of the Law Institute of Victoria and holds a Principal and Corporate Practising Certificate. He is currently studying a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance with the leaders in Governance, Chartered Secretaries Australia.

Angelo is a partner in a Chartered Accounting firm servicing medium size businesses in management and taxation affairs.  Angelo is also a business owner in several large businesses within retail, food and automotive sectors.  Angelo holds many Directorships and sits on several boards including non–profit organisations.  Angelo will use his expertise and business experience to help TLC IT group achieve its goals.

John's appointment as director brings over 40 years experience in the computer industry to the management of TLC IT Group. John has been successful in his own businesses selling and servicing computers, developing accounting systems and medical imaging systems for the worldwide market. As a director on several management boards including Chairman of the Monash Business Incubator, John will keep the company abreast of current trends.

Dennis is a pragmatic and commercially astute senior executive with extensive global operating experience spanning a twenty year career with International blue chip corporations including Unilever, PepsiCo and Cadbury Schweppes. Dennis has served board positions with Cadbury Schweppes and Pepsico and has broad expertise spanning strategy development, operations and change management.
